Product

Corn comes from North and South America and has always been a staple food there. When popcorn was first eaten/prepared is not documented.

Corn is high in Fiber and naturally vegan and gluten-free.

Preparation instructions

For one serving, about 25g of GAIA organic popcorn corn are needed as well as 1 tbsp sugar, 2 tbsp oil
Heat the oil very hot in a large saucepan, add the sugar and melt a little. Turn off the stove and add corn kernels and immediately put the lid on the pot and wait, if necessary shake the pot with lid a little until nothing bursts in the pot. Put the still hot popcorn from the pot in a bowl and let cool.

Production

The whole corn kernels are cleaned and packed after harvesting.
