This flour consists of 100% ground chickpeas that have been carefully processed. Chickpea flour is ideal for preparing onion Bhajias, Pakistani potato and vegetable dumplings, as well as for many Indian sweets. Chickpea flour is also one of the basic ingredients for original Pakistani bread, which is a very popular accompaniment to meat and lentil dishes and is often eaten as a substitute for rice.
